The Wain House is a recently converted single storey barn overlooking our fishing lakes. The Wain House has been beautifully converted and is ideal for family or friends to enjoy a rural break, sleeping 4 adults. With tiles throughout and under floor heating throughout make it ideal for young families and less able visitors. The living area and bedrooms have full height ceiling into the roof space with some exposed beams. We are four star rated by English tourist board, we are also accessibility rated M2 and H1 and V1 - See our access statement for more information.

Fully tiled wet room with shower, drop down shower seat, heated towel rail, hand basin, toilet. An alarm has been fitted to suit less able visitors.
Triple aspect with French doors to front and rear of property.
Sitting area with wood burning stove,sofa (spring action sofabed) and easy chairs. TV and DVD player.
Dining table with 6 chairs
Well fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and workspace. Includes fitted oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine , fridge and freezer. A wide hallway leads from this area to the bedrooms and bathroom.
Under floor heating through-out with wood burning stove in living room (first bag of logs included)
The garden in fully enclosed by wire and rail fencing . There is an area of lawn with several larger trees and shrubs, to the rear is a decked area with BBQ and seating.
The property is single storey with paths and ramps offering full access to property and garden.
Wi-Fi, Iron, ironing board and hairdryer provided.
Children welcome with a cot and highchair also available on request.
The farm has 2 fishing lakes within easy walking distance
