We offer inclusive countryside holidays where everyone can enjoy the beauty of our South Herefordshire farm. The Wain House is fully accessible and has a single-storey layout with an open-plan living area which includes the kitchen, dining and lounge area. It has flat tiled flooring throughout which makes it ideal for elderly visitors and guests with reduced mobility. It has gained level M2 Mobility rating from the Tourist Board and also has H1 and V1 so is suitable for those with reduced hearing and sight – see our access statement for more information.
The Wain House has a wide hallway which allows you to easily move between the living area, 2 bedrooms and the wet room. The master bedroom has an emergency exit door which leads to the private outdoor space. The fully tiled wet room has a shower with a drop-down shower seat, raised WC and alarm system for added safety. From the private decking area there are gentle ramps which lead to both the level parking area and the flat lawn area.
Our campsite has accessible amenities, disabled parking and toilets on site.
The fishing lakes have been carefully designed to accommodate wheelchair users so everyone can enjoy the lakeside angling in this countryside setting.
