We have called this wonderful corner of South Herefordshire home for nearly 40 years and we’re sure you’ll quickly understand why we fell in love with this place all those years ago.
Our working family farm offers an ideal escape where you can truly unwind in the stunning Herefordshire countryside. It’s the perfect place to cast a line in one of our two well-stocked coarse fishing lakes, pitch up at our camping and caravanning site or relax in our holiday accommodation which overlooks the lakes.
We are centrally sited between Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth and Hereford. If you’re coming from further afield then we are only 10 minutes from the M50 or 25 minutes from the M4.
Our facilities welcome everyone as we are fully accessible throughout including disabled parking and with accessible toilets on site. Wain House is our accessible holiday cottage which sleeps 4 guests and has beautiful views across the fishing lakes. Our camping and caravan pitches also share the same tranquil lakeside view which makes this the ideal destination for your fishing retreat.

The Wain House was originally a horse-drawn cart house which has been converted into a 4-star holiday retreat that overlooks our fishing lakes. It is a single-storey stone barn conversion that sits within our 200-acre working family farm. It has 2 bedrooms, an open plan living area and sleeps 4 guests plus 1 extra on the sofa bed.
It has features such as underfloor heating throughout, a wood-burner and flat tiled floors. This makes it ideal for families and those with reduced mobility as we hold M2, H1 and V1 accessibility ratings. This is the perfect choice for a memorable Herefordshire countryside retreat.
